As a back-end developer, you will help fueling the front-ends and providing farmers, retailers, and partners with data in scalable ways. You will also build the infrastructure, libraries and all kinds of automation that makes the lives of other team members much smoother.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement projects, providing functionality

- Optimize for maximum speed and scalability

- Investigate new technologies and approaches

- Own the quality of the code you write

- Be part of automating as much as possible

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use

- Contribute to the agile process management

What we look for

- BS/MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

- Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages

- Experience designing and creating REST APIs

- Experience working with relational databases and data access

- Experience in building scalable, distributed systems

- Knowledge about cloud technologies (AWS)
