The Min Doktor Growth team works to get the largest percentage of our target audience to experience the core value of our product as quickly as possible and as often as possible. The tactics, tools and strategies vary widely, but focus is always the same.We are highly test-driven, with a strict process from early ideation and research to MVP:s and evaluation. During that process, the Marketing Technologist you will do technical research and give guidance, implement necessary third-party tool etc

• Bridge the gap between marketing and product, as a translator and a guide
• Live and breath conversion rates
• Explore and evaluate new ideas from a technical perspective, as a part of a highly result-oriented cross-functional growth team
• Write technological briefs to the development team
• Secure and maintain the existing stack from a technical perspective, as well as expanding the stack with new tools, to make the most of growth opportunities
  
  
  

Who you are:

Required skills

• A great want and curiosity to explore ideas and innovatives ideas at the intersection of communication and technology
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Deep understanding of conversion analysis
• Strong JavaScript skills using modern coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience in developing high quality web applications with dynamic, JS-driven interfaces
• Write maintainable, scalable, secure and testable code

Preferred skills

• Understanding of Unit Economics
• Experience from building and maintain an efficient marketing stack and data pipeline
• Previous experience from working in a startup or a similar environment
