We are currently looking for the best possible Lead App Developer to help realize our vision: digitize the whole global road transport industry, changing the whole way of managing and ordering road freight transport and becoming the globally preferred digital infrastructure for the road freight industry!

You will be joining our App department as a team lead and developer, setting and building your own team. A unique opportunity to contribute to a tech company set-up characterized by start-up culture, high pace, agile development, flat hierarchy and with an overarching customer-focused approach.  You will work closely together with the design team, front-end and back-end web developers and business analysts as well as user experience specialists and people understanding the customer and business needs.

Your profile
You are an experienced senior App developer and/or Lead App developer and would love to be part of a late stage start-up, creating a company with the agility, hands on and personal drive to constantly innovate and future-proof our main product.

Professional experience with the following is key:

•    Several years of experience with App development in either iOS or Android and an understanding of both platforms
•    Engineering expertise with Swift and Java
•    Previous work samples demonstrating proficiency in building highly interactive iOS and Android mobile applications
•    You have several years’ experience in software design and development for mobile platforms
•    You have several years’ experience navigating the ambidextrous nature of leading a team, while being hands on in regards to the product
•    Experience building multiple App's

Professional experience with the following is a plus:

•    Experience with React native
•    You have a proved track record succeeding with projects at scale in other companies

Your greatest assets are your passion, “yes we can” attitude, creative problem solving skills and your ability to self-organize and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and do things differently – and dare to fail and learn from it.
