We are currently looking for the best possible Frontend Lead Developer to help realize our vision: digitize the whole global road transport industry, changing the whole way of managing and ordering road freight transport and becoming the globally preferred digital infrastructure for the road freight industry!

You will be joining our Frontend department as a team lead and developer, setting and building your own team. A unique opportunity to contribute to a tech company set-up characterized by start-up culture, high pace, agile development, flat hierarchy and with an overarching customer-focused approach.  You will work closely together with the design team, front-end and back-end web developers and business analysts as well as user experience specialists and people understanding the customer and business needs.

Your profile
You are an experienced senior developer and/or Lead developer and would love to be part of a late stage start-up, creating a company with the agility, hands on and personal drive to constantly innovate and future-proof our main product.

Professional experience with the following is key:

•    Experience with frontend development utilizing node.js for devops and using CSS pre-processors
•    Expert skill level at HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
•    Experience with the MEAN or even better the MERN stack
•    You have several years’ experience in web-based software design and development
•    You have several years’ experience navigating the ambidextrous nature of leading a team, while being hands on in regards to the product
•    Experience building at least 1 or 2 larger Web-apps
•    BS/MS in Computer Science or similar (or enough killer hands-on experience that you’ve earned the degree, pragmatically speaking!)

Professional experience with the following is a plus:
•    Fullstack experience with Node.js and NoSQL databases
•    Experience with React and Redux
•    You have a proved track record succeeding with projects at scale in other companies

Your greatest assets are your passion, “yes we can” attitude, creative problem solving skills and your ability to self-organize and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and do things differently – and dare to fail and learn from it. Furthermore, your abilities to put the customers first, collaborate with many different types of people, challenge ideas, and self-develop are essential.
