Are you the UX focused designer who puts weight understanding and perfecting the customer journey? At Donkey Republic we are spreading biking across the globe through our bike-rental platform. To achieve this we’ve built our own smartphone operated bicycle lock that can be mounted on any bike to convert it into a rentable bike. We work with partners across many countries to deliver a fully automated bike rental service and our ambition is to become the world's leading platform for renting bikes.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to take ownership of the entire user experience. As the sole designer in our team, you will work with our support staff and business team to understand new features and pains in the user journey and take that all the way into a pixel perfect design that can be implemented by our tech team. We are a two-sided market which means that our product faces both consumers and other businesses.

Your tasks will involve designing the user experience both for our apps and our web platforms, but a large part is also to help build our brand as the one place to go to get a bike.

We expect you to have a record of bringing one or more mobile apps to the market and you should also have experience in designing for web. Your skills should include building great UI as you will deliver designs directly to the developers and we would like you to enjoy the dynamics of interacting directly with the developers in solving the challenges of implementing the designs you deliver.
