The Opportunity

This is your chance to work with one of the best tech teams in Copenhagen. We’re on a mission to create world class technology products for the 265 million football players world-wide. We’ve launched apps for iOS and Android, which are already popular among users in Scandinavia, Spain, Italy and France – and very soon the rest of Europe.

An important component of the Tonsser product family is the web based experience that currently allow browsing and sharing of player, team and award pages. The roadmap for this web application is pretty damn exciting and you’ll be the one taking charge of making it absolutely stellar using your skills and knowledge about cutting edge frontend web technologies and frameworks.

You’ll also be assisting with growth hacking initiatives and the development of internal tools built with Node.js, MongoDB and the Sails framework.

You’ll be perfect for this position if you are:

• An experienced frontend developer who takes pride in building high quality interfaces using the latest web technology standards.
• A master of JavaScript with Node.js and MongoDB experience.
• Passionate about creating awesome products using the best tools and frameworks available constantly looking to improve your skills by learning and experimenting.
• Keen on working in a fast paced startup environment, where product development is based on solid user research and metrics.
• Bonus points if you’re into football. However, most people on the tech team are not, so as long as you’re passionate about tech and software development you’ll fit right in!

Working at Tonsser

As part of Tonsser’s dev team, you’ll work with a bunch of passionate tech people. We are creative product builders who do our best to create high quality software using the best tools of the trade. We work closely with some very enthusiastic football nerds who make sure product decisions are based on detailed user research/feedback and expert football knowledge.

We’re always eager to learn and spend time experimenting and improving our tech skills. We do internal talks where team members share new knowledge with each other on everything from advanced Git usage to writing a Slack bot in Haskell.

Our developers are expected to take ownership of the product and are actively involved in all parts of product development.
