Responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience by providing daily help and advice to customers using our eye tracking products or services
• Communicating courteously with our worldwide customer base primarily by email, and a limited number of phone calls and face to face meetings
• Process webshop orders and manage shipping to the customers in collaboration with our warehouse and parcel service
• Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by others
• Communication to customers and other stakeholders via our social media platforms, website, FAQ and order site
• Learning about your our products or services and keeping up to date with changes
• Sales forecasting and planning long-term production schedule together with management
• Plan introduction of new products to our customer base with management
• Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards

Requirements

We seek a professional and dedicated Customer Service & Sales Manager, with excellent service- and IT skills. The perfect candidate should have:

• Experience in providing excellent customer service support
• Experience with worldwide online sales
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Solid communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Experience with online commerce platforms, preferably also WordPress and WooCommerce
• Ability to work independently and be comfortable taking ownerships on your work tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team, which requires you are adaptable to changes
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platform
• Experience with Online Marketing and Social media is a huge plus
