• Spread Wiredelta vibes over worldwide job portals 
• Assist in interviewing and screening candidates for 4 worldwide offices
• Set up presentations, lectures, partnerships and recruitment drives at universities
• Take part in performance measurement and leave practices
• Advices and support for the business units
• Drive engagement and retention of WD employees
• Continuous improvement of our current processes
• Legal analysis - employment law, trends

PROFILE

Primary Skills

• Business/HR Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge & interest in building strong organizational processes
• Interest in legal environment
• Excellent English command
• Interest in managing the recruitment and selection process

Secondary Skills

• Experience in digital or web agency
• Adobe Photoshop or any other design software
• Knowledge of Danish and international employment laws

PRACTICAL DETAILS

• The applicant must have the right to reside and work in Denmark or willing to pursue the visa process at his/her initiative. WD assists newcomers with the necessary documents but doesn’t sponsor the process.
• Starting date: ASAP
• The Internship is an unpaid learning experience for a minimum of 3 months
