We are currently looking for a talented assistant to help us increase our exposure, grow the business and help spread the word about the latest vintage luxury goods from Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Hermès.

Tasks:

• E-commerce / web-shop operations
• Online marketing: SEM (AdWords, FB Ads) and SEO optimisation
• Project management
• Social Media management (content creation)
• Customer/client correspondence
• Reporting & analysis to the executive team
• Management and handling of luxury goods

Training focal areas:

• E-commerce operations and development
• CRM
• Account Management
• Marketing for luxury goods
• Representation and service conduct specific to luxury brand standards

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills in flawless English
• Danish / Swedish and /or Norwegian linguistic skills a plus
• Passion for service
• Solid knowledge about web technology (especially within performance, online retail and social media management)
• Strong affinity for multitasking and ability to manage several projects and customers at one time
• Experience with E-commerce a plus
• Experience within luxury retail a plus
