Billetto is looking for an experienced and structured Bookkeeper with an international mindset and the drive to get things done. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced person who enjoys creating structure in a hectic and energetic international environment. The candidate will be an active part of shaping the ways of working in the finance department in a burgeoing global brand.

• Bookkeeping from A-Z
• The Bookkeeper reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for all financial accounting processes and administrative functions in DK, UK and SE, hereby:
• Monthly bookkeeping and management of payroll
• Maintain and update accounting books and systems, methods, procedures and internal controls
• Payment of suppliers
• Perform invoicing function
• Maintain personnel records and employee files and process employee expense reimbursement and/or claims
• Prepare information for and assist with the annual independent audit
• Challenging the existing processes in order to improve and reduce non-value adding activities

REQUIREMENTS

With your structured approach, you easily work methodically and set clear priorities while upholding good quality standards. You thrive in a role where you interact with other people through a great deal of enthusiasm. As Billetto are an international company it is important that you have excellent written and oral English skills.

It is less important to us which kind of education you have, as long as you have great practical bookkeeping experience and are motivated to join Billetto, where we believe passionately in the power of events to change attitudes, lives and, ultimately, the world.
