WakeupData is an online data integration platform. It is cloud based, so that our customers enjoy a continuous, safe and secure service.

It offers a user-friendly interface to online stores for transferring their correct and up-to-date data to countless platforms for maintaining inventories, transferring invoices, using 3rd party tools and marketing purposes.

Scope and responsibilities

Due to our rapidly evolving platform requirements and interest from our target audience, we are now looking for a UI Developer who would be asked to design and further develop the WakeupData interface by using the currently available design guidelines, libraries and framework.

You are strong in interface design concepts and very comfortable handling development tasks from creating user journeys to programming, bug testing to preparing documentation.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing draft designs for future interfaces
• Developing and programming interfaces using current framework
• Connecting current and new interfaces to our core system using provided web services
• Pro-actively searching for new technologies for continuously taking our platform forward
• Bug fixing for current and testing for new interfaces
• Delivering documentation when required

The right person for this position will be noticeably responsible for delivering new interface and user experience concepts to the WakeupData eco-system. A deep understanding of interface design theories and applicable future technologies is simply, a must.

In this position, you will be working with our Head of Development and reporting to our Business Manager.

Desired skills and experience

• 2+ years of user interface design and development experience
• Strong .js, .html and .css programming skills
• Deep understanding of AngularJS or similar frameworks
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English
• Passion for being a part of something bigger
• Knowledge in Adobe products such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development is another plus
• Knowledge in Web APIs is a very big plus
