We are looking for smart, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a real growth hacker profile who can think out of the box and enjoy facing new problems and formulating innovative solutions. Our growth hacker will be part of the marketing team, and will work closely with the rest of the organization.


Co-Develop and implement our growth hacker marketing plan and manage multiple tasks and tactics on a daily basis. You’ll play a big part in finding opportunity fields to help the marketing function scale as we develop acquisition, retention and other online marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to inspire, and drive from ideation to execution.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Work to rapidly grow the user base of Templafy by launching, managing and optimizing new acquisition campaigns across all channels including paid Search, Social, Display, and Mobile.
  • Co-creating and executing an outreach growth hacker plan.
  • Creative inputs for developing and production of marketing collateral and brand building/PR ideas (includes flyers, brochures, newsletters, photo/ videos, online campaigns, etc.).
  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.
  • Explore and execute opportunities to solicit meaningful community feedback and help build brand awareness and advocacy.
  • Set up and run usability test and A/B tests.
  • Ensure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help us interpret results and present them to management without bias.
  • Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.

Requirements:

  • Innate interest in learning about customer’s behavior through both numbers and qualitative data.
  • Basic understanding of statistics.
  • Enough HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up campaigns, testing, landing pages etc.
  • Sufficient graphic editing skills to be able to modify graphics to create test variations.
  • Willing to learn what you don’t already know.
  • Is well organized, and thrives with managing many activities in parallel.
  • Is keen to learn new tools such as e.g. WordPress, SalesForce and HubSpot etc. (prior experience with some of these or similar tools is a plus).
  • Experience working in a startup.
  • It is not a requirement that you speak Danish, but you must be excellent in written and verbal English.
