We are increasing our retention efforts and are looking for an HR generalist with an interest in working with a broad spectre of HR tasks covering both recruitment and retention. You will be able to create and influence a variety of policies and processes withing your area of responsibility. It's a key success factor for the role to understand the business you support and it will be a big advantage if you have supported a sales and/or customer engagement department in a previous role. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with experience within both recruitment and HR. You are able to be both detail-oriented and keep an overview of a great variety of tasks - prioritisation is key. Preferably, you have worked in a fast-growing- and/or multinational software company before and feel comfortable working in this kind of environment.
