We are looking for a Talent Attraction Business Partner who can support the revenue side of the business throughout the full employee lifecycle. We are increasing our retention efforts and are looking for an HR generalist with an interest in working with a broad spectre of HR tasks covering both recruitment and retention. You will be able to create and influence a variety of policies and processes withing your area of responsibility. It's a key success factor for the role to understand the business you support and it will be a big advantage if you have supported a sales and/or customer engagement department in a previous role. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with experience within both recruitment and HR. You are able to be both detail-oriented and keep an overview of a great variety of tasks - prioritisation is key. Preferably, you have worked in a fast-growing- and/or multinational software company before and feel comfortable working in this kind of environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the recruitment process in close collaboration with the hiring managers.
• Create and retain candidate pipeline for your business area.
• Support managers on employee development and performance.
• Develop and improve HR tools and processes.
• Consult and support management on HR questions.
• Participate in administrative HR tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working as a sparring partner to managers on different levels of the organization, preferably within sales and customer engagement departments.
• Recruiting and sourcing experience with a high hiring bar.
• Experience in working with ATS Systems and LinkedIn recruiter as well.
• Experience in working with data-driven HR.
• Knowledgeable about Danish employment regulation and legislation.
• Understanding of German and/or Hungarian employment regulation and legislation is a big plus.
