As an Origo Account Manager, you know how to craft a compelling case for switching to our IaaS product Origo Cloud. You can make a compelling case to companies of various types: local and international, big and small, answering both their technical and high-level questions.

You locate new clients and leads through your personal network, PR work and advertising, and you keep them happy by problem-solving and adjusting to their needs. You love your customer-facing role, jumping at the chance to engage with customers, provide them seamless support and keep them with Origo.

In this role, you will provide sales management excellence in the Origo Sales Group, strategizing with sales partners to increase account and general business growth. You will work directly with customers, coordinate internal resources, and construct successful up-sell strategies. You are a confident leader, also capable of going into the detail to solve issues affecting account satisfaction. Most of all, you have a commitment to delivering on the Origo Compute promise to customers by simplifying and improving their IT infrastructure and delivering the expected business benefits and return on their investment.

Responsibilities:

  •     Develop the relationships with a set of key strategic accounts. Connect with key stakeholders within these accounts.
  •     Build strategies to locate and win new clients.
  •     Engage and coordinate internal ressources and partners to maximize customer retention and business growth.
  •     Increase the level of referencability of these accounts in the market.

Minimum qualifications:

  •     BA/BS degree from a university or equivalent higher education.
  •     General knowledge of servers and infrastructure.
  •     General knowledge of cloud computing.
  •     Ability to speak and write in English and one or more of the Scandinavian languages fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  •     Experience interacting with C-level executives.
  •     Frontline sales experience.
  •     Professional and positive team player.
  •     Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach, and strong analytical skills.
  •     Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Work location is downtown Aarhus, Denmark.
