JOB DESCRIPTION
Your job is to spot intelligent traits in our candidates and have an almost Professor X like telepathic abilities to see through ridiculous excuses for leaves or holidays. Just like Saint Peter guards the doors of Heaven, you will protect WD from incompetence and carefully watch out comes in and out of the company.
MISSIONS
- Assist in interviewing and screening candidates for four worldwide offices
- Set up presentations, lectures, partnerships and recruitment drives at Universities
- Bring fresh ideas to the table to make our HR process more original
PROFILE
PRIMARY SKILLS
- Business/HR Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge & interest in building strong organizational processes
- Excellent English command
SECONDARY SKILLS
- Experience in digital or web agency
- Adobe Photoshop or any other design software
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Location: Copenhagen (Denmark)
Work schedule: Flexible
Duration: We are flexible around internship durations to match university standards, however, 3 months minimum
