Our subscription process is complex, involving many different roles and integrated technologies. As Product Manager, you will be part of the joint leadership team for the process, together with the leader of our commercial operations team and the leader of our invoicing and A&R team.

The Role & Activity

  • Work hands-on with your agile team to build and ship every day
  • Discover ideas to validate what to work on
  • Build lean processes together with the business teams
  • Team up with stakeholders in the business throughout the process to ensure that decisions are well grounded and unified.
  • Optimize integrations, with the aim to retain flexibility in technical architecture and in the business
  • Work with business systems admins to improve and implement new processes
  • Create development specifications for required customizations.
  • Communicate product changes internally and collect input from across the organisation
  • You will be working with third party systems like Salesforce, Zuora and Unit 4 Business World, and with homegrown solutions and integrations

Your profile

  • You are a successful agile Product Manager. Or, you are a successful non-waterfall Project Manager who would much rather be a successful agile Product Manager.
  • You have experience with Sales, Marketing and/or Finance processes. You understand the needs of business and you speak business as well as tech.
  • You have experience with CRM/ERP implementation, preferably Salesforce or similar.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You are pragmatic and patient, but insistent.
  • You have strong organizational skills and you are a natural leader.
  • You put focus on successful relationships between you, your team and your stakeholder. The keyword is respect.
  • You appreciate a truly agile and team-oriented approach to product development.

The Team

  • Initially, your agile team will consist of two developers, one architect, one commercial specialist and one finance specialist.
  • Your team will work with external development consultants for some of the standard systems, but over time we want to limit this to technical expertise only.
  • Should you initially be less savvy on the technicalities of how to work agile, we’ll add someone to help you get flying.
