The Libratone products and brand are all about creating outstanding customer experiences. Next to our products, our website and webshop are probably our most important brand assets. As our new E-commerce manager, you will be responsible for our new global webshop, which will launch end of October.
This role has previously been outsourced, but the time has come to move it internally. We are a challenger in the market, so we need colleagues who aren’t afraid to choose the lesser travelled path in the pursuit of great results. Your job will therefore be to take full ownership of the webshop and all aspects related to it. You will also be responsible for customer retention, up-selling and referral programs. Your main focus will be online sales in the EMEA region.
You will be a part of our global PR & Marketing team in Copenhagen with colleagues in Skive, London, München, Amsterdam, Santa Clara (CA) and Beijing. Our office is based in Herlev. From January 2016 we will move to new offices by the waterfront of Copenhagen’s Nordhavn.
You will have a number of set targets, most of which are shared with Regional Managers in the EMEA region. Hence, you will naturally work closely with the Regional Managers, and advise them on how to optimise the web based sales in their respective regions, for your mutual success.
You aren’t afraid of numbers, because setting goals and evaluating based on them, comes naturally to you. And finally, you aren’t afraid of getting your hands dirty and taking care of things yourself when needed.
