The position
As the Customer Happiness Student Assistant, you will be in direct contact with our customers by answering their questions and helping them out with any problems they encounter. You should have strong written communication skills in both English and Danish, and always aim to exceed expectations.

Are studying communications, marketing, sales or similar
Can navigate most online software and digital platforms with ease and are able to figure things out intuitively
Are an excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to form decisions
Speak and write Danish and English proficiently. German is a plus
Have a structured approach to work and attention to detail
Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
Practicalities
You will be working from Volt HQ in Copenhagen
Working hours approx. 5-10 hours a week, with potential to work more during the summer (festival season). We will agree on a time schedule that fits your studies. You will also be able to work from home from time to time
We are looking for long-term employment for at least 10 months.
