Technology

You will be working with a responsive full-stack SPA web application, currently being built in React, C# .Net Core, REST, and MySQL. We employ modern ways of working with DevOps and development. You will work across the full technology stack, where we have adopted a top IT-secure architecture.

Soon, we aim at machine learning/AI for credit evaluation. Over time, we also plan on making mobile app versions. Because of this, we are willing to allocate time experimenting/learning.

Profile

We expect you to have a relevant IT-education in programming, and min. 2-3 years of professional experience. Alternatively, you need convincing experience from student jobs and/or private projects.

The product is focused on financial technology and the ambition from the company founders and the investors are international expansion. You will be the second developer in Platas team, so there is potential for forming your role and position in the company. Because of this, we expect somebody with great potential.

Good communication skills are needed, and you need to be a quick thinker, have personal drive, integrity, and an ability to challenge and work independently.

You also need to have a good eye for layout and graphic design, as this is not a strong trait in our current team.

Skills

• Solid experience in React, and a good eye for graphics and responsive layout

• Comfortable in web applications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

• Some C# skills working in either .Net or .Netcore

• Experience creating/working with API’s and REST is an advantage

• Experience with SQL or MySQL is also an advantage

• DevOps is handled by existing developer, so no particular skills needed there

• Reading/speaking Danish is a big plus

About

Plata has achieved funding but are still in the early stages. Therefore they are not capable of paying high salaries or providing state-of-the-art equipment and conditions. This will happen over time. Work is done with PC’s (not Mac’s). That being said you will of course be offered office space, computers, and similar infrastructure needed to do your job. Also, you are guaranteed a super nice and very flexible work environment.
