Job Role: Head of Product Development/Co-Founder

We are in need of a visionary individual with a driven attitude who has a technical background in Software Development, Data-Science, Machine Learning, NLP & AI domain to join the Unbiased team. The main responsibility of this role is to be a leader, drive innovation and product development.

At Unbiased, currently, we are developing Phase-1(a.k.a the First Core Application) - Unbiased Data Marketplace, a crowd-sourcing platform built using blockchain technology to provide labeled/annotated datasets to customers in a transparent & trustworthy fashion. The key functionalities of this application include:

• Mirco Task Management

• Human/Machine Data Annotation

• Data Generation with Ground Truth

• Transparency using Blockchain in Data Generation/Annotation

• Digital Rewards

• Data Analysis, Evaluation tools for building AI & ML models

• Quality Analysis tools

Responsibilities: As the Head of Product Development you will be responsible for the Unbiased Data Marketplace application, you will carry the torch and be the brand ambassador. Some of the key activities you are expected to do are listed below:

1. Leading Product Development and Innovation.

2. 30-50% of the time will be hands-on product development in the beginning.

3. Coordinating with the other leaders.

4. Plan & Strategy Development

5. Identifying talents

6. Handling Cooperations & Partnerships
