As our new Marketing & PR intern you will become an important asset in our small start-up. We need someone to help us research and contact all the potential institutions, media and organizations who could be interested in a collaboration with Avilius. An example could be contacting high schools and universities to arrange for Avilius to present its service and mission to their students. You will help find exciting opportunities for media exposure, e.g. newspapers, influencers and online media. Furthermore, you will be involved in seeking funds.

You will be very independent in your work, thus it requires that you are able to take initiative on your own. You can work from home or from our office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. We will be very accessible and guide you in your work. You will learn how to effectively communicate and negotiate with interested parties. You will gain insights into marketing strategies and the world of psychology. None the less, you will gain important experience with the start-up environment. The management will take you to meetings (e.g., with our advisory board) in order to give you an idea of what challenges and opportunities you face as a start-up. You will have lots of room for developing responsibility and your own ideas. We value a social, diverse and creative culture.

We launched back in August, 2019, hence you are joining the very early stage of a start-up, which is why we cannot offer you any pay. You probably won't be spending more than 10 hours a week, so you will be able to have a part-time or even full-time job besides your internship in Avilius. We might also be able to hire you, when you finish the internship.
