Core responsibilities and daily focus is on customer Acquisition using excellent traction channels.

The Customer development manager will lead and execute customer acquisition strategies following key objectives targeting a baseline results.

The perfect fit is someone good in research, a fast learner and agile at implementation.  Understands significant problem cases apropros of validation and scalability. The Customer Development Manager will work  with teams to develop and implement effective channel strategy for Traction. Lead, develop and manage pipeline that blends with the most promising traction channels.

Followup with clients and users in promising market verticals to include Media, Academia, NGOs. Must be able to nurture rich network relationship with companies, new leads and partners across different relationship spectrums. Clients includes international and regional media and publishing houses.  

Deliver and create supporting services plan for early adopters, deploy preliminary sales cycles and setup foundational metrics apropros of customer success.

Prerequisite

Promising candidate must understand the following key metrics daily users, daily visits, session duration, session interval, retention rate, churn rate, no of screens/session, time spent/screen, most user interaction. 

Requirements

Strong Communication skills. Multilingua skills is an advantage.

Familiar with CRM tools such as salesforce, hubspot and/or other pipeline management tool.

Understand opportunities in core workflows or best practices in Media, Journalism and Publishing.

Familiar with Traction Strategies.
