You become the IT chief

You are in the lead of all IT development within Big Yellow Comet. That is why the following description is not set in stone. Being a partner means taking responsibility for initiating, driving, and realizing the changes needed, in close collaboration with the rest of Big Yellow Comet's partners. 

The role of partner and lead developer has three levels:

The strategic aspect of this role will be to aid in setting the direction for the future IT solutions roadmap for Big Yellow Comet. This includes making vital decisions for what technologies to build solutions upon.

The tactic aspect of this role will be to establish a sustainable  IT solution delivery platform. This includes setting up the technical and operational tools/practices for delivering the right IT solution to clients in an efficient manner.

The operational aspect of this role will be to develop the backend and frontend of the first IT solution to be utilized for the first shipping industry clients. This also includes participating in design sprints to strengthen the frontend of the solution.
