We provide the highest kickbacks to retailers and commissions to partners. We are now looking for a full-time assistant to support administrative and sales tasks.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As the administrative & sales assistant at Custom Cash, you will be responsible for key support tasks including providing excellent customer service to all the tourists who use our app as well as working in the backend of our Tax Free system to ensure smooth operations for our partner retailers.

Beyond administrative tasks, you will also play an important role supporting our sales department. Tasks include servicing and visiting our partner retailers in downtown Copenhagen with a big smile and ensuring all their needs and expectations are met.

We’re offering a new role in a startup where your input could determine how we structure workflows as we enter new markets. We’re a company with rapid growth and big ambitions where you will join a dynamic workplace.

This is an entry-level role, full-time based in Copenhagen. You can expect that working hours will be flexible, and you may sometimes be required to work online before or after standard working hours.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support as needed to all tourists who use the Custom Cash app
  • Support our sales department with a wide variety of projects
  • Become an expert in our backend system
  • Create processes and structures for recurring tasks
  • Service and visit our partner retailers in downtown Copenhagen
  • Handle ad hoc admin tasks such as ordering office supplies 

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Your educational background isn’t important, but we expect that you have working knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Looking to make a career in startups and is open to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Loves organization and structure
  • Takes ownership of each task, big or small
  • Enjoys meeting new people face to face and has great social skills
  • Thrives in an environment where something new happens each day
  • No knowledge of the Tax Free industry is required, but we look forward to teaching you all about it! 

Our ideal candidate is a person who lives and thrives on his/her smartphone and communicates with friends on a variety of messenger platforms. This person is also naturally organized, punctual, and outgoing.
