Rub & Stub is a 4th sector social startup which strives to reduce food waste through education, consulting, and pop-up events. As we organize and host events in collaboration with restaurants and participate in festivals, we continue to focus on food sustainability and how surplus food products can be transformed. We engage ourselves in alternative ways of addressing food sustainability and hope that our future intern can successfully communicate our purpose and activities.

Since Rub & Stub is developing rapidly, the tasks are plentiful and varied. The primary role of the intern will be to communicate our stories, activities, and our purpose on our website and other media platforms as well as to develop a PR strategy. In close collaboration with the executive management, the intern will design and develop Rub & Stub's image, both visually and verbally.

Other tasks will depend on your interests and skills as we wish you will have a meaningful and educational experience. We offer an internship with a lot of flexibility and responsibility in a dynamic and creative environment. 

The perfect candidate is:

• pursuing a graduate degree related to communication.
• good with words in English and in Danish, both written and orally, as we are an international community of volunteers and we are often contacted by international media.
• interested in food waste reduction and food sustainability.
• responsible and actively taking initiatives.
• enthusiastic about volunteering and the 4th sector development.
