Wanted: A MEAN Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be developing all server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Integrating user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementing security and data protection
• Designing and implementing data storage solutions
• Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  
  

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of solid JavaScript development experience & knowledge with MEAN
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Outputting data in different formats
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes (MongoDB)
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language (JavaScript)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Hands on design experience with Express or API
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS3
